Heat Wave & Shipping Disclaimer (Effective 3/26/26)

Due to the delicate composition of our products, whipped items and lipsticks may soften or melt during transit in warm or hot climates.

While we take precautions during packaging to help minimize this, it is not always preventable.

• Melted whipped products are still fully usable and effective

• Products are priced by weight, not volume, so texture changes do not affect value

• Melted items are not eligible for return or refund

Certain products, including our foundation, contour, and blush, and balms are safe to ship during heatwaves due to their packaging. Refrain from removing the lids from tubed products until they have fully adjusted to room temperature.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will happily replace it.
