Heat Wave & Shipping Disclaimer (Effective 3/26/26)

Due to the delicate composition of our products, whipped items and lipsticks may soften or melt during transit in warm or hot climates.

While we take precautions during packaging to help minimize this, it is not always preventable.

  • Melted whipped products are still fully usable and effective

  • Products are priced by weight, not volume, so texture changes do not affect value

  • Melted items are not eligible for return or refund

Certain products, including our foundation, contour, and blush, are safe to ship during headwaves due to their packaging. Refrain from removing the lids from tubed products until they have fully adjusted to room temperature.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all standard returns.

To start a return, please contact us at hoosierfieldstallow@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Method & Fees

Returns are processed by mail. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. No restocking fees are applied. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will happily replace it.
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
